Kala Lani is a unique blanket back and cream Traditional style with the unique twist of having a reverse mask and black eyeliner around her eyes.  She is  a big girl, weighing in at already 85 pounds! Coming from our beloved Kahlee, her working lines are DDR and West German with her strong drive, complimented by her sire’s more mellowed lines (Heidi and Grandpa imported from Scotland); it makes her a dog that can get her job done and cuddle at the end of the day with a great 'OFF SWITCH'.  

Kala Lani is a true traditional style German shepherd with her solid, dense bone structure.  She loves going on trips with the family and is a true lover of all things water.  Not to mention her fun loving personality, she is DM clear and carries the gene for long-coat, Black and White gene.  A future breeding with our male Loki is planned for some amazing long-haired black and silver –what dreams are made out of- puppies.

We Decided to RETIRE Lani after only 2 litters due to her having issues with handling pregnancy (Most females only 'Blow their coats') Lani in fact had skin irritations & open wounds from the hormones of being pregnant - veterinarian verified)  We did not keep a puppy from her bloodlines; however she did produce some beautiful healthy family dogs :) 

LANI is now enjoying her RETIRED LIFE with her new family and kids up in Oregon :)
